Jennifer Hughes

Jennifer is an Affiliate Attorney at SBA Loan Documentation Services, LLC. As an Affiliate Attorney, Jennifer is responsible for managing commercial transactions and civil litigation.  Her 7 years of experience working in the financial services industry grants her the ability to accurately analyze and service commercial transactions in compliance with the standards set forth by the SBA. Previously working for a large law firm, she gained valuable experience in creditor’s rights and enforcement of judgments. Prior to that, Jennifer worked at a civil litigation firm where she represented institutional lenders and individuals in breach of contract actions, mortgage foreclosures, probate proceedings, landlord-tenant disputes and post-judgment proceedings. Jennifer was a faculty lecturer for the March 2018 Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education on Basic Enforcement of Judgments held in Chicago and co-authored the IICLE on that topic.  She is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and serves as Co-Chair on the Executive Board of the Alliance for Women.  Jennifer graduated from Illinois State University in 2005 with a BA in Political Science and holds her JD from The John Marshall School of Law.  She has been licensed to practice law in Illinois since 2009 and the Northern District of Illinois since 2011.  She recently completed her application with the State Bar of New Jersey and is registered to practice law in the State.


Antonio Negron-Reyes

Antonio is a Loan Closer and Loan Documentation Coordinator at SBA Loan Documentation Services, LLC. Antonio holds a law degree through Interamerican University of Puerto Rico and practiced law as an attorney in Puerto Rico for 9 years. After moving to the Chicago area in 2014, Antonio worked in a school district as a liaison for families that do not speak English as their first language, and then worked as a legal assistant for a vendor of health insurance companies. Most recently, Antonio worked for Byline Bank for nearly 3 years in the SBA & USDA Government Guaranteed Loan Division of the Bank (Small Business Capital), first as a Post-Close Exception Specialist and then was promoted to Pre-Close Reviewer for SBA loans.

Wendy Rivera

Wendy is a Loan Documentation Coordinator at SBA Loan Documentation Services, LLC and has worked in the banking industry for more than 5 years. She was born in Peru and moved to Italy where she lived for 10 years and studied business administration in Turin. After relocating to Chicago in 2008, Wendy attended DeVry University for 3 years and is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in finance. She is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian and speaks some French. Prior to joining SBA Loan Documentation Services in 2020, she worked at Belmont Bank & Trust as a Loan Operations Associate.


Naydine Varela

Naydine is a Loan Documentation Coordinator at SBA Loan Documentation Services, LLC. In her role, Naydine works with both lenders and credit to accurately prepare loan documents for SBA 7(a) loan requests following all state and federal regulations while adhering to the lender’s policies and procedures to ensure loans packages are compliant with the SBA’s SOP. In addition, she is a dedicated customer service professional and has specialized in Government Guaranteed Lending throughout her 15-year career at a variety of financial institutions. Naydine thrives on accomplishing both personal and corporate goals.
